Reservation Policy
Reservations may be made year-round and up to one year in advance.
Holidays and Event Weekends Require a 2-night minimum stay. Off season pricing not valid for Holiday & Event weekends. Holidays include: Christmas and New Years Week, Fourth of July Weekend, and Labor Day Weekend
All reservations require a deposit. The deposit is the base rate of your first night's stay. We accept MasterCard, Discover and Visa or you may mail a money order. Money orders must be received within 10 days of making the reservation. Sorry, we do not accept Personal Checks or American Express.
Credit Cards will be charged at the time the reservation is made.
Rates are based on 2 people. Kids 11 and under stay for Free! Adults 12 years of age and older are an additional $10/night.
NYS Fire Code prohibits more than 5 people per room.
Please present all coupons or discounts upon check-in.
We are sorry for the inconvenience however, pets of any kind are not allowed. Anyone discovered with an animal in their room will be charged $150 cleaning surcharge.
Cancellation Policy
All reservations require at least 5 days notice prior to your arrival for a refund of your deposit minus a $5 cancellation fee (Not including day of reservation). Any cancellation made within 5 days of arrival, not including day of arrival, will forfeit deposit. All cancellations must be made by 3:00pm. Cancellations must be made by phone for proper account verification. Email or voice mails will not be accepted.
Enchanted Forest/Water Safari tickets are non-refundable.
