Do you offer discount tickets to Enchanted Forest Water Safari?

Yes, we offer discounted tickets to Enchanted Forest Water Safari, exclusively for our guests. Tickets are available at the Front Desk and are available for anyone ages 3 and up (Ages 2 and under are free). We require payment in full, and tickets are non-refundable.

How many people are allowed in each room?

By New York State Fire Code, 5 guests maximum are allowed in each room regardless of age. The only exception to this rule would be our two-bedroom suites; The Fulton Chain Two Bedroom Suite and Mountainview Suite, which can accommodate 6 guests.

Do you allow pets in your hotel?

As much as we love animals, in an effort to help us provide the cleanest and most sanitary accommodations available, pets are not permitted. Anyone discovered with an animal in their room will be charged a $150 cleaning surcharge. We would be glad to help you find other accommodations for your pets.

Do you offer AAA or any other discounts?

We do not offer a AAA or AARP discounts. Do you offer continental breakfast?

Yes, we offer a hot continental breakfast which includes assorted juices and coffee, tea, and decaf with flavored creamers. Hot and cold cereals, fresh baked muffins, English muffins and bagels, yogurt, fresh fruit, home fries and a rotation of scrambled eggs/waffle sticks/French toast sticks with syrup.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is promptly at 11:00 AM. There will be a charge of an additional night’s stay for any guest checking out later.

What time is check-in?

Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. We require your license plate and vehicle information at the time of check-in.

Do I need to fill out paperwork if I worked at WEI last summer?

Yes, you must complete paperwork every year. New paperwork will be emailed to you through BambooHR. If you have turned 16 years old between September and June, you will need to update your working papers through your Guidance Office after your 16th birthday.

Can I change departments?
