23 Jan 2020 Is swimming allowed off the docks?No, we do not have a beach and we do not recommend swimming from our docks due to the tour boat traffic. There is a municipal beach just a short walk from us.
22 Jan 2020 Do you allow pets in your hotel?As much as we love animals, in an effort to help us provide the cleanest and most sanitary accommodations available, pets are not permitted. Anyone discovered with an animal in their room will be charged a $150 cleaning surcharge. We would be glad to help you find other accommodations for your pets.

23 Jan 2020 Can you have a campfire or grill onsite?Campfires of any kind are prohibited on our premises. Grilling is prohibited on all balconies and patios. Grills should be placed at least 20 feet away from the hotel, deck railings, and out from under eaves and overhanging branches.

22 Jan 2020 How many people are allowed in each room?By New York State Fire Code, 5 guests maximum are allowed in each room regardless of age. The only exception to this rule would be our two-bedroom suites; The Fulton Chain Two Bedroom Suite and Mountainview Suite, which can accommodate 6 guests.
