All reservations must be cancelled 5 days prior to your arrival for a refund of your deposit minus a $5 cancellation fee (Not including day of reservation). Any cancellation made within 5 days of arrival, not including day of arrival, will forfeit deposit. All cancellations must be made by 3:00 PM. Cancellations must be made by phone for proper account verification. Email or voicemails will not be accepted.
